This is the legendary MFSL UHQR edition of I Robot, widely considered one of the most prestigious audiophile pressings ever issued by Mobile Fidelity.
The UHQR series was produced using:
• JVC Japan “Supervinyl” compound
• Flat-profile pressing
• Custom heavyweight 200g vinyl
• Low-tolerance stampers and manual cycles
• Premium lift-top presentation box

The box retains the classic black UHQR design with silver Original Master Recording band across the top and red MFSL/Arista logos. A factory-applied Canadian Audiomark Sales sticker is present on the shrink.

UHQR editions of I Robot are among the most desirable MFSL issues due to outstanding mastering quality and extremely low production numbers.

    • The UHQR box finish is extremely prone to scuffing; the wear visible in photos is typical and not a sign of handling abuse.
    • Edge shows catalog: MFQR 1-084, and spine shows I ROBOT in red print.
    • Small dent/press mark visible along lower edge (documented in photos).
    • Overall, a rare sealed example with honest age wear to the box exterior.
