Vinyl is VG+, super clean. Jacket is also VG+ very minimal ringwear, really only visible on the back cover accompanied by slight discoloration from age. Minor wear on seams & corners.
Please note,  I grade conservatively and by the Goldmine standard, here is what you can expect...
For the MINT vinyl -  Factory sealed, of course never played, used sparingly as a grade.
For the NM- Jacket - Really only grading this as NM- as this *was* on a shelf at a record store & handled by multiple people. Shrink wrap is splitting along spine, but still thoroughly seals in LPs, and outer box does look new & definitely very nearly mint, if not 100% mint.
***WITH ALL THIS SAID if you have a Crosley or other budget turntable that comes in a suitcase, there is a chance with this, and every record really, that the tone arm, being the weak little thing it is, might bounce off, this is not a sign of a deficient record, this is an issue with the turntable. If you encounter this problem a penny taped to the top of the head of your tone arm generally fixes that right up.***
