Sleeve:

NM as record is sealed from manufacturer. Front bottom right corner binding has very minor bend. Subsequently, .25” above that on the front there is a wish-bone shaped small ripple which is no larger than .5”x.75” in that right corner. Behind that, the rear lower left corner has a very small minor 1” bend along the bottom edge. The rear top left corner has a faint ripple just under .5” long. The front upper left corner along the top edge has a very faint 1.5” slight bend that’s hard to see.
