Description

The Searchers - Sounds Like Searchers - Vinyl LP - Pye NPL 18111 - 1965 - UK - Pye Inner Sleeve - Single, Front laminated, flipback sleeve comes in Great Condition.
I have played through both sides:-

  • Side 1:  Played Well - There is some occasional crackle from time to time - Excellent   A2
  • The Label - Excellent
  • Side 2:  Played Very Well - One light mark which does not affect play - Very Good   B2
  • The Label - A few spindle marks - Very Good/Excellent
  • The Inner Sleeve - Some creasing and browning - Good
  • The Single, front laminated, flipback sleeve - There is a small stamp mark (See Pictures} - Also, the laminate has lifted slightly in one corner - Very Good/Excellent

I always grade my records using the Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide:-
EXCELLENT:  The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.  The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD:  The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.  Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable 
GOOD;  The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.  The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
