Originally released in cassette format on the excellent Nice Up International label back in 2011, The Silent March from Secret Pyramid is granted a much needed vinyl issue thanks to the Students Of Decay label. The Silent March was the precursor to Movements of Night, Secret Pyramid's splendid LP issued by the Cincinnati-based Students of Decay last year and really established the sonic vision Amir Abbey was seeking with the project. Popul Vuh fans will be all over this seven track LP which is filled with immersive soundscapes and foreboding yet gorgeous drones. This edition of The Silent March features an improved mixdown by Abbey and is remastered by James Plotkin!
