Description
The first SXXV single produced by their friends Rob Gretton and Ian Curtis in the tracing paper/technical drawing film opaque sleeve designed by Peter Saville on Factory Records FAC18 (1980) - as legend reveals, the sleeve was assembled in a workshop for the deaf with the band then inserting the vinyl into the sleeves themselves and you could own one of them - continually on the go through the years, the latest incarnation including the late Larry and Jenny Cassidy's daughter Beth (there's a nice symmetry about that) have recently played at The Factory in Manchester and were warmly received - there are also recent releases to catch so for comparison, why don't you treat yourself to the record that started it all and a lovely piece of Factory Records nostalgia to boot?
A rare item and a must have for any SXXV/Factory Records collector.
It's time to clear out the vinyl as it doesn't get played anymore - I started collecting back in the Punk era and there are some real gems, early releases, unofficial and autographed items that'll surprise you and help complete your collection so keep your eyes peeled in the coming weeks and months.
