Jesus Music Ballads Funk Rock Jazzy Rock Fuzz Solo
This is a rare private Christian rock LP released in 1976 on the Klesis label. The LP is titled This Could Be The Start Of Something New by the group Seeds.
This LP was sealed. In fact, I just opened it yesterday, so it was sealed for 30 years !! Record played very quiet ( few pops ). Fold-out cover is in excellent condition except for a few slightly crumpled corners.
Musically, there are some beautiful Jesus Music ballads. The band also plays some cool rock songs. For example, "I Love Him" has a fierce electric guitar riff. " The Lovin' Man" ( a prog-edged tune ) has a loud fuzz solo. And the slow rocker "You're Runnin" has some Traffic-style jazz.

Similar to the styles of Arkangel ( with Kemper Crabb ), Jimmy Hotz (classic "Beyond The Crystal Sea" LP), Oden Fong ( classic "Come For The Children" LP ), Eden ( a 70's Christian progressive rock band from Germany ), Semaja ( a 70's Christian progressive rock band from Germany who released a classic LP "Hear My Cry" ), the Exkursions ( with Mike Johnson ), Jeff Johnson, Iona, The Knights of the Lord's Table, Water Into Wine Band ( legendary Christian band from UK ), Proto-Kaw ( with Kerry Livgren ! ) and of course Phil Keaggy with Glass Harp !
