THE SELDON POWELL SEXTET featuring Jimmy Cleveland LP. Original MONO heavy vinyl pressing on ROYAL ROOST Records, LP 2220...in outstanding condition! 1956 press with the classic blue label with silver lettering. The personnel: Seldon Powell/tenor sax; Jimmy Cleveland/trombone; Freddie Green/guitar; Aaron Bell/bass; "Hac" Hanna/piano; Osie Johnson/drums; Gus Johnson/drums. The vinyl is in phenomenal M- condition (beautiful gloss). Gorgeous!! The thick laminated cardboard cover is in superb shape and displays wonderfully with only very faint wear on back and a tiny bit of contact wear at spine. NO seam splits, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.
