This lp is from my personal collection and was found in an old record store , years ago. The cover is preserved and clean. The spine is excellent. Small wear on the corners. The vinyl has some visual marks. The recording is preserved with some small surface noise in some parts or  clicks. The label is written.

NM      acetate very clean , like new / highly recommended
EX.       acetate with minimum marks that affect the sound very minimum / very recommended
VG +    with some marks on the vinyl, little clicks on the vinyl affects little the sound / recommended
VG    with pronounced marks affect the sound but no jumps , has surface noise, or scratches / still recommended

Poor      with multiple brands , scrash in almost all the vinyl , the vinyl can skip or jump in any of the tracks
