Selim Doumani was a Syrian singer from the early 1920s. On this disc he is accompanied by the backing band of the famous Aleppo violinist Naim Karakand (1891-1973). In addition to his discs on the Macksoud label, he also recorded for the Maloof label, another early Arab-American record label based in NY.

Condition: I am afraid I am not able to play 78 rpm records. Please see photos for condition. Record is complete (no cracks, etc.), with wear as to be expected for a record of this age. Please inspect the included photos carefully. **ITEM SOLD “AS-IS”**
