Long story short: I reeeeeally don't want to sell this record, but times are tough and bills need payin' so here it is: DEDICATO A FRAZZ, the rare and highly sought 1973 release by Italian PROG group SEMIRAMIS.

This is an ORIGINAL ISSUE LP, TRIDENT RECORDS catalog number TRI 1004, in original gatefold sleeve.  Matrix pressing data reads TRI 1004A (or 1004B on B-side) 9-10-73, machine-pressed and not hand inscribed. Label on side 1 shows TRIDENT 'Neptune' logo; side 2 shows track list for both sides and has small SIAE stamp right of center.

Sleeve is VG/VG+ in condition: mild shelfwear/rub, NO ringwear to front and only light on rear, several small scuffs down right-hand front side, small split (less than 2") starting along center of upper edge, solid spine and other seams (no "cat damage" or other major defects), great front color and graphic with above-average gloss, outstanding gatefold graphic with high gloss.  Overall, I'd give it at least a 7 out of 10, maybe a little higher.

Record shows light spindle markings around center hole on labels of both sides; vinyl shows two or three light scratches and some minor hairlining to each side - nothing major (none may be felt by the fingertips), and nothing that affects playback.  NO skips and only very minor hiss/pop, and I keep my tonearm weight set pretty light.  Overall, VG+/EX, or, again, about a 7.5-8 out of 10.

Really, this is a beautiful copy of one of the rarest records I've had the good fortune to own.  Apart from its scarcity, it's also an excellent listen - a great example of a rarefied genre, well-played by a band at its creative and artistic peak.  The last copy to sell on eBay went for over $600; based on the information given by that seller, I feel that my copy is in comparable condition - if not a little bit nicer!

I will definitely miss this one when it's gone - so bid quick, before I change my mind and file it back into my collection!
