This is an early original '59 thick, rigid vinyl U.S. lp on silver and black PEACOCK Label #PLP 101, called: SONGS OF PRAISE THE SENSATIONAL NIGHTINGALES, There are 11 terrific black vocal group songs, see label close ups. Cover is made of thick cardboard still in its orig shrink wrap. Cover has only light browning, shrink wrap has light wear, there are NO cut outs, bent corners, stickers, writing, etc. The lp is in wonderful condition, labels look more detailed in person, both are near pristine with NO problems, vinyl has a deep gloss shine, NO groove wear, scratches, warps, etc. On one side I noticed a handful of shallow dimples, also on the same side a very tiny surface scuff, the other side is near perfect. I played excerpts from every song, each one sounded crystal clear with beautiful lead and harmony vocals. NO distortion, skips, ticking and popping etc. every excerpt I played sounded extremely good with excellent sound quality.
