It has been safely stored in a completely smoke-free environment for several years.
Vinyl is in crisp and clean excellent/borderline excellent+ condition with all of its original surface gloss and could use a gentle routine cleaning. Record looks just about unplayed throughout, with the exception of some small scuffing in the last two tracks on the A Side.
Sleeve is in crisp and clean excellent++ condition. There are no spine splits. Spines look fantastic. 2-Sided Lyric Sheet is in crisp and clean nice and flat near mint- condition. Obi Strip is in crisp and clean nice and flat mint- condition.

Any bright spots on the listed image are the result of digital camera glare and are not on the actual item.
It will be shipped with care in a crisp new corrugated LP mailer with a corrugated filler pad on each side.
Vinyl will be removed from the sleeve in order to prevent spine damage with both the vinyl
and sleeve placed in a protective clear album sleeve to minimize movement.
