Serenity: Piece Of Mind LP (2000, FADE 2, Belgium, Slightly Discoloured Records).
Psychy folkrock gem from New Zealand, originally released on "Down Under Records" in 1972.
The original rarely turns up (400 made), This is the deleted OFFICIAL REISSUE of 500 copies. Pressed on 180 gram, sound taken from the studio tapes! Exact repro, with the gimmick cut-out-fold-out sleeve. Plus a four page insert with history, recording details and press clippings written by the band leader. Serenity brings music that reflects the era, Music reflects Piece of mind, sounds confident, fluid, sincere, GREAT songwriting. Guitars, electric and acoustic, harmonica, bass/drums, some keyboards, warm vocals.
