Description
SERGIO MIHANOVICH - LOS JOVENES VIEJOS / RCA Vik LZ-10 / 1962 / VERY RARE original Uruguay pressing of Argentine jazz lp. This is the soundtrack to Rodolfo Khun's 60's cult movie "Los Jovenes Viejos" composed by Sergio Mihanovich and arranged by Oscar Lopez Ruiz, featuring very young Leandro "Gato" Barbieri. Hard cardboard jacket is VG (+), it has no splits, shows some wear & snow wear on front, signature & date written on back on dead space and some years yellowing, no tears or missing parts, looks ok. Disc is VG, surface keeps its nice gloss and shows many thin hairlines & some superficial scratches which are mainly cosmetic, there's a small stick on between B8/B9 that causes some lite pops when played, except this, record plays really strong all through, sound is loud, deep & clear, there's some mild background surface noise and no disturbing clicks or pops, it allows an enjoyable listening experience, small writings on labels. This is a good listener copy of this hard to find lp. Disc was thoroughly tested on a Technics MKII turntable w/ Nagaoka MP110 stylus, Dynaco Pass Pre 3 & ST70 amp.
