Dr. W. S. McBirnie discusses the problems with the then-new (mid-1960s) mandated sex education programs in US elementary schools. He delivers an interesting speech analyzing and critiquing the new program, giving voice to a more conservative right viewpoint, unpopular at the time. This all on a Key Records LP, released in Los Angeles by this lecturer and news-analyst. The disc is in near mint condition and plays flawlessly. The cover is still in the shrinkwrap but has water damage along the right side at the open edge. Not ruined but stained. The rest of the cover is perfect. A rare record in any condition.
