Only a handful of these test pressings were made and it is the only way to get this already classic album on black vinyl! (The other existing test pressing are in the hands of about 6 ultimate Sex Pistols collectors and will never likely come up for sale! This may well be the only one to appear on Ebay, at least for the foreseeable future).
So, at last, here is our holy grail of Pistols live recordings. We first heard rumours this existed over 15 years ago and finally we tracked down the owner of this incredible mixing board tape. Previously unheard and unreleased and sitting on a sound engineers shelf for over 45 years.
Sex Pistols - Live at Club Zebra in Kristinehamn Sweden 15/07/1977. Totally amazing sound, possibly the best ever Pistols live recording from the Sid era.
And as a bonus!!! The complete soundcheck for the gig + an unreleased interview with Johnny, a Swedish radio spot advertising NMTB. And to round it off, two extra mixing board tracks from Trondheim, previously unavailable on other recordings of the same show.
We've paid with our souls for these tapes so apologies in advance for the higher than usual price, but these albums are worth every penny!
