SEX PISTOLS - 'SPUNK' demos LP
This is the early release with the image printed onto the hard cover, it IS NOT a repro with a copied sleeve/paper image added later.
Known as 'Smilin' Ears - Venezuela' and to some as 'Filth & the Fury'.
Released slyly prior to NMTB album, this is the raw Pistols. Great rare album and one of the few original 70s releases that are increasingly scarce.
The opener begins with an interview with janet street-porter on London Weekend TV in '76 and includes Rotten saying..."I don't have any heroes, they're all useless." Class.
Tough cardboard sleeve with only small creasing to rear; the opening and spine are very good, no tears or writing. Labels clean and vinyl is a a very good +. There are some faint marks / smudges on vinyl/sleeve, as is general for a 40 year album. Unplayed by me as no deck but previously owned many years ago and played old copy to death!
