S.F. Sorrow by the PRETTY THINGS
The RARE classic LP "S.F. Sorrow" by the PRETTY THINGS as released on Columbia Mono SCX 6306.
The album has the original black & blue Columbia label!
Matrix numbers are XAX 3738-1 and XAX 3739-1.
For real authentic nostalgia the inside of the gatefold cover still has the original date of 4/69 and the price of 37/6 written in light pencil! Also the names of two owners neatly written in ink – one crossed out.
This record has been well enjoyed and played so the surfaces of both sides have numerous light marks and a couple of scratches. BUT it still sounds good! There are a some light clicks in places and there is some background crackle which a professional clean may remove. But perfectly listenable.
The laminated gatefold cover has corner wear and the spine is rubbed in a number of places. Still with the original EMI inner sleeve.
A real 60’s classic and a rare record to find in its original pressing.
