Description

SGT PEPPERS The Beatles 1986 Reissue SHRINK mastered by WALLY at Capitol Records.

1986 STEREO reissue on Capitol rainbow labels in NEAR MINT condition!
Unopened shrink wrap so I cannot look at the inner gatefold, but presume it is immaculate like the cover and record. Record looks to be unplayed, and the cover is like new.
This edition did not always include the cutout inners. Inners not included in this one. Allied pressing plant details in the deadwax.
VINYL in Near Mint condition, no splndle wear, looks unplayed!!
COVER in Near Mint condition featuring unopened original shrink wrap. The shrink is starting to come undone at the opening, and there is a small hole in the shrink in that area (probably a sticker removal). Other than that, the cover is solid wit no corner bumps or wear, crisp edges and spine.
Does not include cutout inner sleeve.

Notes

1986-7 rainbow label version with rim text inside the colorband. No barcode. Gatefold jacket.

There were 2 80s Black Capitol rainbow band label variations. This one was pressed 1986-87 at Allied Record Company (The "Q" that's stamped in the run-out represents their logo), also identified by smooth indent/notch approx 3/4" from edge of label and a glossy finish. Both sides also are stamped MASTERED BY CAPITOL in the matrix. Also, there is more etching data in the matrix than previous pressings.

The earlier 1983-85 rainbow label pressings were pressed by Capitol without the smooth indentation (also smaller), no Allied stamp or markings and a dull label finish.

-May or may not come with the Cut-Out Insert
-Includes the "All Rights for the United States..." and NEMS credits at the lower right corner on the back.
-Disc came in clear rice paper inner sleeve
