THE BEATLES - 'SGT PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND'
1967 UK 1st *STEREO* PRESSING* LP
100% complete UK 1st STEREO pressing from 1967 is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 7027
Both include the 'Sold in UK..' text & have 'THEGRAMOPHONE CO. LTD..' worded rims.
Housed in a rare & early fully laminated, inner-flipback stereo gatefold cover with a regular width spine.
Complete with its red & white designer inner-sleeve & unused cut-out sheet.
Matrix numbers: YEX 637-1 & YEX 638-1
CONDITION
Labels: Excellent -Both centre holes of this amazing pair are completely unworn with just a small collection of extremely faint spindle marks around each.
Visual: Very Good - Just a few light marks and scratches
Play: Very Good - Excellent example with only a very tiny amount of surface noise in quiet parts
Cover - Very Good+ Very solid example with very little wear
Inner Red Flamed -sleeve Very Good +
EXCELLENT + Cut-out Sheet:
I've just been informed that this copy has the rare extra dot on sold in uk line.
It should say "SOLD IN U.K" - This one says "SOLD IN.U.K" hence the extra dot.
This error is on side 1 only
