UK-ORIGINAL / PICTURE SLEEVE / EP with 3 songs released from the independent label in January 1979 before the major debut * There are jacket stains, ring wear, and thin board threads on both sides. No lyrics card. 
Writing like a signature on the jacket. I don't know who the autograph is because I get it second hand. I think it's a member. It can be read as Rick Savage, but please judge for yourself.
