Here's Tom With The Weather arrived in the second run for cult Liverpool indie band Shack, when they reformed in the 00s. Coming from the same scene that yielded The Lightning Seeds and Cast, Shack's story is one of overlooked greatness and near misses in their original 80s incarnation, but they more than lived up to their early promise with the albums they released after reuniting. There's a folky sensitivity to Here's Tom With The Weather, as if Simon & Garfunkel had grown up in the North West and almost certainly a precursor to the likes of Gravenhurst,
