Description
The SHADES OF BLACK LIGHTNING : Self Titled.
ORIGINAL ISSUE USA vinyl album. From 1968 on TOWER Records ST5129. Matrix #s T1/T2.
Seen this categorised as a lot of things. To me it's 60 RnB/Soul with horns. There is a breakbeat on the track "Any Old Way".
Grading: I try to grade conservatively and I don't grade anything as mint unless it's sealed. All faults will be described.
Cover: VG+. Please see pictures. USA paste over sleeve. Ring-wear as can be seen. There is a stamp on the rear"For DJ Use". The cover is flat & square.
Record: EX-. Nice copy. Some hairlines & paper scuffs - nothing major though. Would possibly benefit from a clean but I'll leave that for the new owner.
This copy is already in the UK/ EU - no import taxes to pay if you reside here.
