Description
We are a shop/record label located in West Wickham, Kent, dealing in most styles from the 50's, 60s, 70s and early 80s. All the records / cds listed on ebay are fully guaranteed as to the conditions described. We use professional packing with reinforcements added , and the discs are separated from the sleeves to avoid seam splitting, in the case of E.P.'s and L.P.'s.

Almost 40 years old, is this elusive 45 issued on a major label. The band were causing a stir back then, and that's why EMI signed them up. Amazing to think, that they let them have a free hand in the choice of material as well.
The Welsh Rock N Roll scene was pretty much leading the way in the 60s and early 70s, with one particular DJ/Collector shaping the way in what was heard. The proof is in this cover version of Big Al Downing's winning number. It's pretty obscure now to the mainstream public, so you can imagine how obscure it was back in 1970. You'll also see by the label credits that Dave Edmunds produced it. He didn't co-write it however, but probably assumed he could get away with it!
