What you are bidding on is near impossible to find USA pressing of SHALYNN: SUNLIGHT IN HER HAIR. OK here is the story that we can find out: Discovered this week in a collection of records from a soul DJ from Dallas, this 45 has all the looks of a really bad country 45, which begs the question why it was even listened to. After passing the artist info to a local psych icon in the area, the artist was located in Canada. As the story turns out, the recordings were done in Canada in '68 but weren't able to be pressed for financial reasons until '77-78. All of the few hundred pressed made it to a local juke box dealer in Dallas and not many were sold. This is the second single unearthed from Shalynn, and it's every bit as psych as the other single here: http://www.electrikfunkrecords.com/efunk/product.php?productid=203&cat=4&page=2 Killer lead guitar break at the end of Side one. A must for any psych collector, this one has been played once, by me.....

How we grade records:
NM: We never rate records this way, someone can find a flaw in the records even sealed....
VG+ :Most of our records fall into this range. Some will be new and unplayed, some will have a few marks, but well taken care of and should play fine.
VG: There are a few marks and scuffs and will have a little noise, but still well enjoyable.
VG- : We will not list these. Only buy them if you have to have them.
FACTORY SEALED: These lps are a good as you can get, bear in mind it may have a piece of dust on it. It may have a tiny ding on the corner, but what do you expect for records that are 30-40 years old. They are well worth having and probably have less damage on them than you do. (I'm only saying this for people who expect these things to be totally flaw free after 30 years, if you are that critical DON'T BID, I REPEAT DON'T BID!). 99.9% of you will be well happy with them.
How we grade covers:
NM: We never rate covers this way, you will find a flaw even if we condider perfect.
VG+ This is not mint, there may be a few scuffs, tiny seam splits, mabe a piece of tape, but the cover still looks good considering it's age.
VG: This will be very noticeable larger seam splits, repairs, somewhat worn, but still ok.
VG-: We will not list these.
