Description
As you already know this is Northern Soul "biggie" and in the top 100 of the most collectable and best Northern Soul tracks ever. It was Shane Martin's only UK release back in 1968.
Of course it is the B side I NEED YOU that is the killer track of the two. It does sound great.
This is a CBS A label promo from 1968 of You're So Young/I Need You (CBS 2894)
The vinyl is in MINT condition. The only things I should draw your attention to are faint spindle marks on both sides. Apart from that this is as MINT as you will find a record that is nearly 40 years old.
As for provenance it comes from the collection I acquired of a former CBS employee who kept promos of literally every CBS single released between 1966 anf 1969. They are all in the same stunning condition.
This is a re-listing as when I put it on a few weeks ago I set the reserve too high. This reserve is similar to what the top bid was last time round so this will sell!!
