A great obscure private press EP from 1964, made by the Sheffield Student's Union Folk Club, this record comes with the original insert.
No many private pressings were made in the early part of the 1960's, so records like this are very rare and obscure, with most university records being money raising 'rag' records.
Not a Deroy pressing but from a similar outfit with the disc carrying the matrix BEV LP 122.
Formed in 1961 the folk club appears to have been a popular Friday night venue for many of the students.
The record is rather lo-fi recording as can be heard on the couple of YouTube uploads I have taken directly from this disc... check out the links to hear the track and see close ups of the sleeve, insert and labels. The record was not cleaned and the sound has not been enhanced in anyway.

The insert has a tear and has been folded twice.
The disc has some light marks and shows a fair amount of handling... the sound will be a little bit better once cleaned, but please listen to the soundclips. SALES SUMMARY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS We always ship records securely, packing the freshly cleaned disc outside of the picture sleeve to prevent seam splits, the sleeve will be packaged against new made to measure card and along with the disc it will be housed inside a new plastic sleeve. This will then be packaged with more new card stiffening in a new made for purpose record mailer. This is then securely taped as marked fragile.
Insured and recorded delivery is used on parcels over a certain values, this is done at our cost for our UK customers, and is already costed in for our overseas buyers (we do combine shipping).
