Greetings!

This is an original 1961 1st pressing of The Shirelles 1sT album titled "Tonight's the Night" released on Sceptor Records. This album was released in Canada on Thick, rigid vinyl with a thick, heavy record jacket.   American record companies would contract out their albums to Canada through Quality Records. Many artists would be issued either on the Quality Label or the REO Label. Either way, sales were not good at the time due to unwarranted predjudices.     The record  as graded under a bright light is NEAR-MINT 9 with shiny, glossy vinyl. A real beauty.   The record jacket (Cover) is graded at NEAR-MINT 8 which includes the seams and spine. The only detraction is the shelf wear which exists on the back.
