Every Tuesday night (European time) I will offer old punky records. My name is ‘punky_music’
This extremely fast and hyper-melodic punk classic from the West Coast was given 9 of 10 points by the great FLEX website (US Hardcore / Punk Discography). In my opinion, this 3-tracker from Los Angeles is one of the b-e-s-t American punk records ever made, a true classic. As you can see, these boys looked youthful and mean and played that way. eBay prices: $135 + $129 + $110. Here's your chance to buy an original first pressing with matrix numbers ‘IM-501 A’ and ‘IM-501 B’ etched in the run-out grooves. The title track appears on the superb KILLED BY DEATH #3 sampler. Also ‘I Wanna Be Spoiled’ will lift you up and leave you high because it’s another very fast killer. Released on private mini-punk label ‘Impact’ in 1978. It was the tiny label of the producer Danny Holloway who also produced several records by US powerpop band The PLIMSOULS. Pop-Punk-Knaller aus California… Der erste Song (schon der Titel ist ein Meisterwerk…) ist ein Reißer; krachiger, lauter Mitgröhlpunk vom Feinsten - ein Hit! Die anderen beiden Tracks sind im gleichen Sound gehalten und (fast) ebenso gut. Auf jeden Fall ein Klassiker.

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
