PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. 1969 original...of the great second album by the Terry Reid trio featuring the timelss wailer "Superlungs (My Supergirl)"...but there's more....
Only 18 when he made the first album and 19 when he made this gem, and 40+ years later Terry's vocal performance still has that show-stopping quality. His second album, and last in the hard edged guitar trio format, focuses primarily on Reid's strong R&B-infused material, and contains his gritty readings of "Highway 61 Revisited," the dramatic rocker "Superlungs My Supergirl," as well other great album highlights penned by Reid, "Speak Now or Forever Hold Your Peace," "Rich Kid Blues," and "July," among others.
Terry Reid was Jimmy Page's FIRST choice to sing for Led Zeppelin, but was turned down when Reid felt commited to the touring schedule for this album....changing rock history...

CONDITION: The cover: is clean MINT still in original factory shrink wrapper with no bends, no writing, and no split seams...the white cover is usually found dirty and soiled, here, a nice survivor and contains the first printing photo inner sleeve, some of the outer cellophane has wrinkles, etc, while the all important cover underneath is MINT ...Fresh original colors, no delete marks, no bends, no writing and no split seams ... collection worthy rarity ...
The vinyl: both sides all glossy, visual VG+(+) as only: a few whispy light top surface scuffs, the entire Lp plays excellent enjoyable, no problems...both labels are clean
