David Oistrakh once saluted Oscar Shumsky as “one of America’s great violinists”. Shumsky was a student of the great teacher Leopold Auer. He also taught at the prestigious Julliard School for many years. His superb performance of these important and demanding works for the violin support his fame. Records (3) are in NEAR MINT+ (unplayed) condition in original inner-sleeves. Box is in NM condition with booklet.
