No flies on us! We have the items securely packaged before the auction even begins and so they are ready to be collected by the courier and winged to you within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We understand that people don't like to hang about for things they order online and so unlike many shippers we don't just ship one day a week - we ship every day from Monday to Friday. Pay us by Paypal and we arrange the courier the same day. Payment by cheque please allow 3 working days for clearance of funds. Please note that auction items ending on Saturday or Sunday cannot be shipped at the weekend and so will be shipped first thing Monday (providing we have received payment).

We lose money on the packaging of your painting! We take a lot of pride in our works so its our desire that they arrive to you in gallery condition. Therefore we go the extra mile when it comes to packaging and we don't try to cut costs on substandard materials. We first wrap every picture in multiple layers of bubble wrap with extra bundles of bubble wrap to protect the corners of the picture. Then, with the larger pictures, we insert a sheet of 3mm MDF board cut to the same size as the picture to protect the canvas surface from knocks and dents during transit (the most common form of damage during shipping) and then we package your painting in a thick double walled custom made box with quality packing tape and Fragile warning tape. We never make money on postage and packaging and in most cases we actually subsidise the cost ourselves!
