PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:

Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question.

OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.

Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items usually the same day or the next day depending on when payment is made. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 100% positive feedback.

We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.

Concerning returns & partial refunds,   Buyers have 14 days to notify me about a problem with an LP. Please kindly describe the problem to me (please don’t re-grade the LP). If a buyer has multiple problems with my grading over more than one auction series, I may decide to block you from being able to bid on my auctions.

REFUND POLICY:
All items are guaranteed to be a represented by grades in the item description posted. Should a buyer feel the product received does not meet the stated item description, a full refund including return postage will be provided. Buyer has 14 days to return item from date received. Buyer must first contact seller to make arrangement for return shipment. Refunds will be made only after return shipment to, and re-inspection by the seller. We are not financially responsible for mishandling of parcels by the postal service.

All foreign orders over 4LPs must receive an eBay invoice from me with the weighed shipping & handling quote.

We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. If satisfied, please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served a very large number of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.

Grading:

Cover/Vinyl (double LPs cover/vinyl/vinyl etc.)
LPs are graded visually and conservatively under many bright lights. Questionable marks are play graded.

M - Like new

EX+   Nice…, but not m-

EX   Some cover wear which will be described in some detail.  At least a visual mark on the vinyl but light in nature and should play okay though there could be light surface sound

VG+ Seam splits , ringwear, cover wear, small sticker tears etc. can come into play. On the vinyl there may be visual marks (eg. scuffs, hairline scratches). There can be some background surface sound.

VG   More wear on covers and more wear on LPs (multiple marks). Most likely surface sounds though the LPs may rise above the music should be able to play without skipping or repeating.

Fair Used only with covers. At this point the cover is in rough condition.

Thank you for your interest and support.
