In regards to my recent negative feedback - I took a vacation and unfortunately forgot that some of my items were on auto-renew. This means that some of my items kept listing each week, and I did not realize this was happening. Therefore some people did not receive winning items, and it appeared as if I did not send out the items. All parties were refunded in full and I apologize and unfortunately this ruined my 15 year streak of perfect feedback. Lesson learned.
