This was part of my stepfather's collection - and he had a Steve at his work.  he was not Steve!  But a programmer for a pop radio station.  This was definitely not signed signed during the time of Restless' release.  The latest it could have been was 2006.  My stepfather passed away in 2009.  We never really talked about Bryan Adams or didn't run across it until after his passing.  Anyway, I also get albums signed but more in the indie realm.  I'm moving overseas in a couple years and am looking to lighten the amount coming with me....there is so much!
