Vintage Vinyl is a used record store in Evanston, Illinois. This record was purchased by me at Vintage Vinyl in the late 1980s while attending Northwestern University as an undergraduate.
I recently spoke with the man from whom I purchased the record, Steve Kay, who, after all these years, still runs Vintage Vinyl. He remembered the record vividly, and mentioned that one of his regular customers at the time was GG Allin's booking agent, who was handling GG during the Chicago area leg of his tour at that time (again, late 80s). The booking agent got the record signed by GG Allin, and presented it to Steve for display in the shop.
30+ year record collector.
