Description
Artist: DANNY GATTON
Title: “Redneck Jazz”
Label: NRG (private label). Stereo pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is red with black text. Catalog number is NLP9-2916.
Year: 1978.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found. Appears to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with care. Labels are clean. Fidelity is superb. A gorgeous disc you will never need to upgrade.
JACKET: Jacket is EXCELLENT with nice bright artwork. Seams, spine, and surfaces are excellent. A bit of minor wear along bottom seam. Reverse has some light ring wear. Reverse is autographed “Thanks a million. ‘No Fish Today’ is a great place to play, Danny Gatton.” (Note: ‘No Fish Today’ was a legendary Baltimore, MD club from the ‘60s and ‘70s).
Overall a very fine SIGNED jacket to accompany the gorgeous disc.
NOTE: This item was personally signed in the presence of the person from whom I purchased this collection – the owner of a chain of record stores in the 1970s-80s, and knowing its source, I fully guarantee its authenticity.
