Artist: DIANA ROSS
Title: “Diana Ross’ Greatest Hits”
Label: MOTOWN. Stereo pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is blue with silver text. Catalog number is M6-869S1.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is gorgeous NM, a beauty! The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster, played a small number of times and handled with care. Plays beautifully with superb fidelity. Labels are clean and pristine.
JACKET: Jacket is nice VG+ with minor signs of wear and handling, but still quite presentable. There is ring wear beginning to appear on the non-laminated front panel, and a small piece of clear tape at the bottom center seam.
Reverse is very clean and was autographed by Diana Ross.
NOTE: This autographed item came from the extensive personal collection of a former record store owner who retired from the retail music business in the mid 1980’s. Until I purchased his collection two years ago, it had been stored virtually untouched and unplayed since that time in a climate controlled, non-smoking environment.
Included with the collection were a modest quantity of autographed record sleeves from occasions when an artist or group would be in town to promote their new release with personal appearances at his stores. I am in the process of selling many such items including investment grade colored vinyl LPs, promos, sealed LPs, and other rare memorabilia from this once-in-a-lifetime collection over the coming months. Authenticity is totally guaranteed.
