I am not a professional record grader. I am a record collector of over 40 years. I have decided to downsize my record collection. I will describe each record as best as I can. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions before bidding. I want you to be happy with your purchase. Artist: Petula Clark. Title:Down Town Album WS-1590 Stereo Label: Warner Bros. Condition: Vinyl is very shiny . One side has a few very light spider legs. I played the record & it sounded great. The area around the center hole is clean . The liner page is also very nice and original. The cover is in excellent shape. The front cover is very bright & glossy.The corners are all in very good condition. All outside edges are very clean, no cracks.The back cover is very nice & clean. On Sunday Sept. 4, 2005 my wife & I attended a Petua Clark  concert at The Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut. After the show, Petula graciously talked to us &  hand signed the album. I am also including a ticket from the show as proof that we were there in person. I will ship the album in a carefully packed LP shipping carton. Bid with confidence. I have 100% positive feedback on Ebay.
