SIGNED Roky Erickson w/ Okkervil River TRUE LOVE CAST OUT ALL EVIL autograph coa. 
Vinyl is in very nice shape - visually graded. It's at least VG+, I've received many records from ebay sellers that would grade this same record as NM, but I prefer to be conservative. Pix show the corners - very minor bumps.
The original inner has some creases and light folds. There is a "certificate of authenticity" printed, signed, and dated by a previous owner/ebay seller several years ago. I'm not sure what that's truly worth - this wasn't authenticated by a DNA auction house, but that signature looks real to me.  Missing OG booklet.
