Description
Royal mail have changed their signed for delivery compensation. Recorded delivery has dropped from £50 compensation to £20. To cover this item will now cost £9.95, but until I find cheaper or get chance to look into a courier service I will have to take a loss... so please do not think that I am over charging!!!

It was sealed until I peeled it back to be signed. I've further removed seal to take out record for the photo, so tbh the seal may as well be chucked now. (I kept it on to show its mintness)
An item I really don't want to sell , but divorce is expensive....
