PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.


MEGA RARE double promotional-only 45 rpm gatefold 7" set from 1977 officially titled "New Wave - Rock 'N' Roll - Get Behind It Before It Gets Past You" on Sire with small center hole and two songs by each legendary artist on each side!!!  This particular copy has been SIGNED and politely inscribed by Jimmy Zero AND the late, great Stiv Bators!!!   Dead Boys side is a nice VG, Talking Heads side is VG+, The Saints side is VG+/VG++ and Richard Hell & The Voidoids side is near mint minus.  Cover has some age discoloration and a 5" piece of thin transparent tape at the bottom on the rear gatefold and a smaller one at the bottom on the front.  Labels are beautiful.  A massive current and guaranteed future collectible artifact from New York punk's iconic first wave.  Stiv's autograph in particular is exceptionally hard to find so don't sleep punk collectors.
