Description

Incense and Peppermints by Strawberry Alarm Clock on UNI records, UNI 73014, 1967. Monarch pressing. The runout on side 1 reads US – 1026 – T II ∆ 11065 and a symbol that looks like a combined MR. Side 2 reads US – 1027 – T 6 ∆ 11065 – X and the MR symbol.

 

The back cover is autographed by six band members: George Bunnell, Randy Seol, Mark Weitz, Lee Freeman, Edward King (later in Lynyrd Skynyrd), and Gary Lovetro (who was only in the band in 1967). I don’t know the history of these autographs, and I have no certificate of authenticity, so look carefully at the photo and make your own decision.

The cover has some wear, but is intact. There is a record store sticker on the back - $2.95! The disc looks clean and plays nicely. There are a few little pops at the beginning. Not a big deal – it sounds like vinyl.
