Description
thundercat is an incredibly well respected musician in the industry playing with artists like sucidial tendencies but most well known for his work with kendrick lamar, specifically on to pimp a butterfly. this is one out of two of the 2020 webstore exclusives deluxe variants of 'it is what it is'. there is red and this one is the clear with a holographic obi strip. it will be in the shrink wrap as pictured unless you request to have the discs shipped outside of the sleeve. i also saved the hype sticker so that'll be included as well.
"140g clear vinyl LP housed in a 6mm spined gatefold sleeve with gold foil details and an obi strip. Made in the EU.
In the runouts, MPO logo and stamper number XX XXXXX after it are laser etched, the rest hand etched in all variants" . the actual vinyl has never been played and was only opened to get his signature. there are seam splits on the inlay and general shelf-wear from displaying it.
after his show in 2021 we ran into recent grammy winner stephen bruner and were lucky to have him stop for quick chat and autograph. we didn't take a photo with him since we were already getting something and i never imagined selling this, but he is one of the kindest musicians i've met.
