Description

CONSTANTIN SILVESTRI SYMPHONY NO. 5 IN E MINOR
Issue : UK 1st PRESS       Label : HMV       Catalogue No : ASD 261

This UK rare original press is on the earliest cream and gold HMV label. It is complete with the original inner sleeve and fully laminated flipback Garrod sleeve. The album features Constantin Silvestri conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra performing Tchaikovsky's Symphony No.5 in E minor, Op. 64.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. The record has the most sensational high gloss, every track looks superb. There are no significant signs of play at all, just a few very wispy light marks. The label is also superb. The white is extremely bright and the gold border is perfect. The red text is sharp and there is only the very slightest spindle wear. The record is complete with the original polylined inner sleeve in Excellent condition.

The laminated sleeve is in Very Good condition. The laminate has a mirrorlike finish and the colours are vivid. There is a little ring and opening edge wear. The stereophonic label is sealed and complete. The back of the sleeve is superb, like new. The spine is firm and the sleeve is solid.
