On offer here is one of the rarest UK Acid-Psych-Folk albums to ever be released, as soon as this album was put out on the record shelves it was almost immediately withdrawn from sale due to legal matters to do with it's front cover artwork. This ultra-rare dark twisted acid-folk gem only ever surfaces for sale once in a while and there are just not enough original copies in existence to supply it's demand, so here is a very rare opportunity to buy this very elusive 1970 uk Acid-Psych-Folk album in excellent clean playing condition.

This album has recently been professionally cleaned on a Moth MK.11 vacuum record cleaning machine, the vinyl comes in a brand new poly-lined inner sleeve with sticker attached with cleaning service details, the original  poly-lined inner will also be included and shipped to the winning bidder.

The music on this album is pretty strange at times, some tracks sound really nightmarish and frighteningly freaky  and others are very delicate and beautiful sounding. Simon Finn's 'Pass The Distance' is a pretty unique sounding album that cannot be compared to anything else on vinyl. I have had this very rare record for many years now but i now own it on CD so i have decided to sell my original copy and let somebody else enjoy it's cult strangeness.

The original very thick chunky vinyl looks very clean and glossy and visually grades EX condition, a superb very clean playing copy with just a few very light surface scuffs and hairlines that do very little to effect play. There are no nasty surface marks and both sides play superbly well throughout with just some occasional very light behind the music background crackle and just one or light tics, there is nothing nasty at all as this album has been well looked after.

Both Mushroom labels are in excellent clean and bright condition, there are no bad marks or defects and all text is very clear.

The single card sleeve is in very good condition with some edge/spine and ring wear, in the front/top/left corner there is a small square area that has been coloured in with green felt pen, this is where the original price sticker was removed, nearly every original that surfaces for sale has a sticker tear defect in this area, this sleeve is pretty thin and not laminated and as there are only a tiny amount in existence this is a great example.

Sadly there is no insert but the few copies that do turn up very rarely have the insert either.

This is just a excellent copy of one of the rarest uk Acid-Folk-Psych albums to ever released, it will surely be a very long time before another original copy comes along in this condition so get it while it's here.

I pack my records very well, the album will be removed from the gatefold sleeve to avoid seem/edge splits in transit, plenty of rigid cardboard support will be used to avoid corners bending, this album will reach you in the same condition as advertised.
