THE COVER IS PERFECT WITH NO RIPPING OR TEARING WRINGWEAR OR HANDWRITTEN INK OR BIRO NAMES ETC. FRONT AND BACK ARE CRISP AND CLEAN LOOKING, WITH NO ISSUES. NO STAINING OF THE BACK MATT COVER. THE FRONT GLOSSY COVER PRINT SHINES WITH ORIGINAL GLOSS (AND STILL AFTER MORE THAN FORTY YEARS) CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? INTACT AND JUST AS FRESH AS THE DAY IT WAS BOUGHT. THE SPINE IS INTACT & PERFECTLY READABLE. NO PARTYS FOR THIS COPY ONLY GOOD CAREFUL HOME PLAY EVER.

THE ORIGINAL ORANGE CBS LABELS HAVE VERY MINIMAL SPINDLE WEAR (VISABLE ONLY UNDER EXTREMELY BRIGHTLY LIT CONDITIONS). ONE SIDE HAS ABOUT(4) COUNTED AND THE OTHER SIDE HAS (1) NO RIPPING OR WEAR AT ALL, NO HANDRITING OR AGE IN COLOUR. THESE ARE AS THEY LOOK IN THE PHOTOS.

THE VINYL IS SIMPLY MINT...I USE THIS GRADING CONFIDENTLY. THIS RECORD HAD NO MORE THAN HALF A DOZEN PLAYS (6) IN ITS ENTIRE LIFE. NOT EVEN ANY HAIRLINED DUST COVER MARKS.100% TOP AUDIO, NO ISSUES LIKE..NEEDLE THRASHING, JUMPS, SKIPS, POPS, MARKS, SCRATCHED OR OTHERWISE. NO SOUND DISTORTION FROM THE TEST PLAY I GAVE. I JUST CAN'T JUSTIFY HOW GREAT A RECORD THIS IS & THE CONDITION OF IT ALSO. TOP AUDIO THAT YOU CAN REALLY ONLY GET FROM THESE KIND OF EARLY PRESSED RECORDS. A1 & B1 PRESERVED PERFECTLY FROM 1968-2012.  

THE ORIGINAL DUST COVER INNER IS STILL INTACT! AND HAS NONE OF THE ISSUES LISTED ABOVE EITHER. THIS IS VIRTUALY UNHEARD OF TODAY TO HAVE SUCH A PERFECT COPY A1/B1 MATRIX AND WILL NO DOUBT BE A PROUD ADDITION FIRST PRESS TO ANY FAN OR COLLECTOR. Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any moajor defects is acceptable

Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has notceably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler

CD's and CASSETTES As a general rule CD's and Cassettes either play perfectly - inwhich case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CD's are difficult to grade visually; they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaces if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves
