This is (if I remember correctly) the 2nd press of the first Simones album and still a tough score 16 years down the line. I still remember the outcry since Al Simones sold this homemade and selfreleased LP at a very high price back then. Still most copies ended in the dealer attics and were passed on at even higher prices to collectors. The reason for all these people paying stupid money for a (then) new record was: This guy has perfected the late-sixties fuzz-guitar thing so far that this could pass like some unearthed 1969 album. It even looks like a forgoten private press with paste on cover and all. Some even called it the best 60s album from the early 90s.

Vinyl: EX (would be NM as well, except for a spot on side A that looks like spilled liquid and results in a faint background sound in the quiet passages - of which there are not many - nothing very distracting at all)
