Description
Simtec & Wylie – Gettin' Over The Hump
Mister Chand – CHL 40001 1971
COVER: VG+. Could be EX but there is a small punch hole in the top left corner. Firm jacket, no seam splits, corners barely bumped. See pics.
VINYL: VG+. Again, could be EX but there is a pencil mark on the label and I see some scuffs or light areas on the vinyl - but no skips, ticks or pops. See pics.
So many funky soul songs on this one. Just a great listen from start to finish. Includes the famous track Bootleggin' which has been sampled and chopped by many producers and DJs.

Grading + Condition
I am very picky with my grading and I really try to price the records so we both feel satisfied. If you feel I missed the mark on the grading of a record you purchased, please reach out to me. Always check the pics for the most accurate description. Reach out with questions.
Mint (M)
This record is perfect and in its sealed, original shrink-wrap and packaging. Please Note - As the LP is still sealed, it is presumed to be in Mint condition.
Near Mint (NM)
As close to perfect as you can get, no visible scuffs/scratches. Played only a couple times, at most. The cover should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes, or other defects. The same goes for inserts, posters, lyric sheets, sleeves, etc.
Excellent (EX)
This record will show some signs that it has been played but taken care of, protected, and correctly stored. Vinyl surfaces may show signs of wear, slight scuffs, or very light scratches, but these shouldn't affect one's listening experience. The label may have some ring wear or discoloration and small spindle marks may be present, but no writing or stickers. Picture sleeves and inner sleeves will have some slight wear, slightly turned-up corners, or a slight seam split. The cover may have slight signs of wear, and may be marred by a promo hole, cut-out hole, notch cut, indentation, or cut corner. Jacket may have very minor chipping at edges and corners, but no seam splits, no creases, and no writing.
Very Good Plus (VG+)
This record is still high quality in my collection. The vinyl may have a few surface scuffs or very minor scratches and you may hear slight surface noise, subtle pops, and ticks when playing, but no skips and these sounds should only add to the warm analog feeling and not overpower the music otherwise. The label may have writing, marks, or stickers. But I think these just add to overall mystique of the record's history. The cover shows some evidence of wear, possibly a cut-out, but no writing or stickers. The jacket should have no seam splits, maybe 1-2 small hairline creases, and minor chipping at edges or bumped corners.
Very Good (VG)
Vinyl has numerous surface scuffs and/or very minor scratches but no skips. Label shows some evidence of wear, and maybe a sticker or writing. Jacket has no seam splits, but has a few hairline creases, chipped edges, bumped corners, moderate ring-wear, and maybe a sticker or writing.
